1. Creating the Form.
In your Drive, click New. Scroll down to select More. Slide over to choose Google Forms.

2. Give your form a name by clicking on Untitled form (either in the middle of the page or in the upper left hand corner.

3. Provide a description of your form, if you desire.

4. Google Forms starts you out with a Multiple Choice question type. Switch question types by clicking "Multiple Choice".

5. Questions have options! For example, with a multiple choice question you can:
  • require the question to be answered.
  • duplicate the question for a starting place for another question.
  • use the "jelly beans" (three vertical dots) to find additional options; such as:
    • add a description.
    • go to a section, based on an answer.
    • shuffle option order.

Options vary based on question types.

6. Use the + sign in the options on the sidebar to the right to add a new question. Continue adding questions.

7. Forms can be more differentiated using the other options on the side bar. Talk to your Technology Integration Coach for more advanced ideas.

8. Make your form "pretty" by using the color palette. Additional themes are available by clicking the image icon in the bottom right corner of the color palette..
